The GRP is the culmination of 5 grueling years at law school. At NALSAR, the winter internships and the GRP are entirely arranged and coordinated by the student body itself and thus the terms and process of recruitment varies from batch to batch. Year after year organizations have expressed their satisfaction at being part of the recruitment programme. Students at NALSAR continue to surpass the expectations of the recruiters and bring to the table a diverse skill set that make them an asset to any organization they choose to join. The RCC of Batch 2010 invites all interested organizations to actively engage some of the finest legal talent in the country by participating in the GRP.

Process

Recruitments at NALSAR are primarily a two step process. Firstly, all organizations are invited to give a Pre-Placement Talk at the University. These talks provide valuable information and insight as regards the organizational profile. They also offer an excellent opportunity for Recruiters to visit our campus and interact with top notch faculty and students.

The second step of the GRP is the Final Placement. Organizations have to register for the same either through email or by mailing the Response Form to the contact address. Recruiters are welcome to follow their own recruitment process broadly within the framework of the GD, Case studies, Written Tests and Personal Interviews. Organizations can also opt for telephonic interviews or video conferencing. The RCC works to ensure that final recruitment is conducted in a fair and organized manner so as to maximize the interests of both Recruiters and students.

But if a recruiter wishes to skip the first step and wants to directly recruit then it is welcome to do so.
