POLICY FOR RECRUITERS

- Recruiters can make job offers through either PPOs/PROs - or a selection process- as organized through the RCC of NALSAR Batch 2010.

- Recruiters are to direct all communications regarding the Recruitments either by email to the RCC ID or telephonically to the RCC number and thus contact only RCC executive personnel in their capacity as executive members. Further, recruiters are advised to disregard or act upon any personal communications from students of the batch with respect to the Recruitments.

- Recruiters are requested to intimate the RCC of the PPOs offered to students and confirmation/rejection of the same.

- Recruiters are requested to provide a waiting list of selected candidates for internships/ final recruitment.

Travel Information:

The RCC will arrange local transport, university accommodation (on request), light refreshments, meals and infrastructure facilities for PPT’s and On-campus Recruitment.

About RCC:

The Recruitment Coordination Committee 2009 is an autonomous body constituted and administered by the member of the graduating batch of 2010.

The RCC executive comprises of 9 members selected by a peer election process whose primary goal is to facilitate the recruitment of students of the final year.

The role of RCC is providing for the smoothest possible interaction between students and prospective employers which it seeks to do by facilitating internships and on-campus recruitment. A rigorous vetting procedure ensures fairness, transparency and the best possible opportunity for both the candidate and the recruiter. Ultimately, the success of the RCC as a body is evidenced by the fact that in the past students from NALSAR have been successfully absorbed by the best firms, corporate houses and non-governmental organizations both in India and abroad.
